Total Life in our mind begins with understanding the biggest battle always start in our minds. When we don’t have peace, and we fell irritated or agitated, the thoughts begin in our mind and manifests themselves in our attitude and life. When we have the ability to control the thoughts in our mind, we have the ability to control our life’s circumstances. Some people have a positive mindset, and some people have a negative mindset. What is your mindset today? When the enemy knows He can control our thoughts, half the battle is already won. We have to set our minds on things positive. When I start thinking negative thoughts, I redirect my mind on something positive.
Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.”
Our thoughts can literally transform our lives. It can increase our self-esteem, mend relationships with people, protect us from arguments, help us achieve goals, and reach our destiny. I am where I am today because I controlled what happened in my mind. God gave me ideas in my mind, and I prayed over them and started implementing them. When past hurts come up in my mind, I think of something else. I read books to grow my mind to learn new things. I focused my mind only on that which is uplifting, positive, beneficial, and healing. Commit to only surrounding yourself with like-minded people, who share your positive mindset. You will become like the people you surround yourself with. You can have total life, mind, body, and spirit.
